February 2025 – Toronto, ON/Fort Lauderdale, FL – Lynx Equity is pleased to announce the acquisition of Henry’s Carpet & Interiors, Inc. (“HCI” or “the Company”), a leading full-service commercial flooring provider. For over 25 years, HCI has delivered high-quality flooring solutions to general contractors and end-users across a wide range of industries. Led by Elizabeth Lambiro and Alex Pacheco, the Company has built a strong reputation for excellence, reliability, and quality in the commercial flooring sector.  

HCI is the latest addition to the Lynx Flooring Portfolio (“LFP”), further strengthening Lynx’s presence in the South Florida commercial flooring market. Since acquiring Resource4Floors in 2022, Lynx has seen strong growth in the region and the strategic add-on of HCI further enhances this momentum.
