Toronto, ON/Wellingborough, England – Lynx is pleased to announce the acquisition of Formwise Washrooms Limited (“Formwise” or “the Company”), a leading UK-based manufacturer, installer, and supplier of bespoke high-quality WC washrooms, End of Travel (EoT) shower changing facilities and associated products. Founded in 1992, Formwise has built a trusted reputation in the English market for its custom and bespoke sized products and exceptional customer service. The Company’s offerings include toilet and shower cubicles, changing lockers, bench seating, wash troughs and vanity units, all tailored to meet the unique needs of its clients.  

Formwise has distinguished itself through its technical expertise, end-to-end project execution, and partnerships with architects, contractors, and interior fit-out and design firms. Its key client sectors include commercial buildings, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities. Given this focus, synergies are expected between Formwise and Lynx’s London-based Day2 Interiors, a leading furniture dealership primarily focused on commercial spaces, both in terms of sales and production.
